Hi I have been looking at the Chelmsford City Council policy on drones and noted that they do not allow drones to take off and land on their land and goes on to say even if you take off and land in a private area adjacent to their land you cannot fly over their land. Surely they own the land and not the air space above ?
They can have as many policies as they like but without byelaws to back it up (they have none) then all they can do is ask nicely that you don’t do it
