Go if you get a chance. We went a few years ago staying with relatives just outside Kiev (lovely city and well worth a couple of days) and went on a two day tour to Chernobyl. Absolutely brilliant. Drones wern’t allowed allowed then but the guide kindly allowed me to fly for a few minutes in Pripyat and at the Duga. She posted the minibus driver on top of a blcok of flats to watch for the security patrols while I was flying. Used a Mavic Air which got connection problems near the Duga so I had to stop. Guess it was all the steel around, pre Ocusync days. Managed to get a bit of footage and would love to go again.
