Hopefully not asking the obvious, but want to be sure I’m correct here. I generally avoid red zones, don’t fly in daft areas etc. This place is near me, details from Dronescene. The rectangle is the super-prohibited stay away zone around HMP Woodhill (fair enough!) The details for the rectangle area says strictly no drones, of course).
The larger red circle zone is still for Woodhill, but the remarks say the restrictions are for helicopers only.
So… drones are ok in the larger red zone is how I am reading it? 
The bigger red circle is only applicable to helicopters, so just be mindful of the other restriction within

Awesome sauce. That was my reading of it too. I drove miles through the back lanes, ended up flying where this pin is, and then thought hmm… wonder how close I’ve circled back towards the prison? 
(I was still over a mile away 
)
Note to always check Dronescene first kids! 
If you click on the dronescene entry next to the red circle, the poster has actually highlighted in his wording about the relevance to that circle

I’ve not flown in this area previously because I always see the red circle and go avoid avoid basically!
I’ve also just found a sweet little spot right on the edge of that circle. V happy it’s kosher
