Looks like a Red Kite.

I’d second that. Too dark for a buzzard.

I think around Oxfordshire they began breading them a while back and they are rife now.

Can see them like seagulls on Blackpool prom along the M42.

Yep. You could certainly call it a successful programme! I wouldn’t mind if they scared the pigeons off! Even as I type there’s a couple circling overhead as I can hear their calls.
