As usual one of us will be there for 10am. The first one of us who is there will park in front of the blue binoculars and the other will park a few car widths away to make the chat area. Check the map so you get the right entrance.
Height restriction of 2.67m / 8.9ft use the left lane to avoid tyre damage as there are two lanes (right if you are coming out).
A great location for people who have any mobility issues as you can fly from your car and should it rain then you can sit in your car until it stops. No toilets on site but look on map for places.
Message the forum if you have difficulty or one of us direct.
Got a remote control car… bring it too. Off road one? Ask about the off road area for the car. (Awaiting parts for one of my cars. Other ok though)
Not got a drone, thinking about it, plenty of drones to have a look at and lots of advice. Just join the chat area. Do not forget to bring a chair and sit with us when you are not flying. Social And Fly.

WEATHER.
The weather can be predictable and we have said we will create these meets as long as people want to come. Last meet we moved location do to the severe winds. Our new location had a bit of shelter. However it is no good us posting a message here and then moving but there was little choice. Can we ask that all members sign in on here if they are coming. If we have to move we will try our best to wait for the people who turn up early and then convoy ourselves to new location. To anyone else, before you start out, pop back here for any updates. If you have not signed up on the meet or have not put you will defiantly be coming we will assume you will not be. If you do turn up and we are not there then there will be an update on here.
Also last week the gate we wanted to use was locked so we had to go to the other side of the location. So once again, keep checking on here in case there are any changes till you find us.
We’re off to the Brecons this weekend, Russ, and the weather looks great for a change. Hope you have a good one, buddy, and my ears won’t be ringing too much!
For new comers, just to let you know if you need to do updates and you do not have internet connection or you need to charge batteries, we bring both power and unlimited internet to the meets so just come and ask us for help.
If the entrance you are looking at is at a Junction with Bridle land and goes in a straight run up the hill. Wrong one. Have this junction and bridle lane on your right and continue along the road. When you see the traffic lights you will see the entrance on your right. The entrance is at a right angle to the road and then turns to the left and runs parallel to the road and then curves round to the right up the hill. When you get to the top keep going and we are near the end. Car boots normally open. You will probably see seats and tables out.

Thanks for info I might in the future. I’ve never had a Drone in my life before and I’ve just brought the mini five pro so I need to learn a bit about it before I go out Plus I’m working the weekend anyway, but yeah, hopefully in the future thanks again.
