Colley Hill Water Tower , Reigate and Banstead - Added to National Trust in South East

I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Colley water tower north downs Surrey,
Some real stunning views here over the downs, you can see for miles the landscape is just stunning, can get very busy as it did when I attended with dog walkers/public etc so do be mindful of that, I also believe the tower is a tourist attraction, had I have known this I probably would have attended earlier or later in the day, you can TOAL this side of NT & have a pretty good view no problem, there’s a public car park at the beginning of the road towards your TOAL point then just a 5 minute walk from there, there maybe other places to TOAL & park but I found this the easiest,
Only thing I wish id have done different is not go when the sun was to bright other than that a fantastic place well worth a visit, just a side note there’s many other folly’s & towers in a not to far radius but due to much road works I struggled to make the other locations easily, id check the surrounding roads & motorways before you go as well as anything else.

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 05/04/2025. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location. Landowner permission may be required before taking off.
