my mavic2 and the air used to ask me to calibrate the compass everytime
and the common denominator is either my apple watch or i have some magic tricks in my pocket that are magnetic other than that it doesn’t ask
check you haven’t electronics or car keys or anything else that would interfere with a signal
never had this with my mavic pro that had two compasses if I remember
