You mean with the other two I purchased off eBay last Thursday that will be arriving later this week?
I’ve never sold a drone, though my wife lives in hope…. False hope.
But in all seriousness I’m still in a state of shock. I found out yesterday evening just before going to bed. I use my iPad to listen to audiobooks when trying to sleep as they help to drown out the tinnitus. I saw the email header from GA and opened it up. Once I realised what was within the email I let out a loud “Clucking Shell”. My wife immediately came racing down the stairs believing I was having one of my medical emergencies again.
I won’t sugar coat things, this year has been a bit crap for me, and some of you have reached out after noticing that I’ve not been as prolific with my posts, for which I’m eternally grateful. But winning this competition has flipped what remains of 2023 a full one eighty, and I now have a smile so wide you’d swear I have a flip-top-head.
Thank you to the fantastic Grey Arrows Community and everything you do. I may not post as much as I have done but reading the forum is still very much of my daily routine. And if a simple subject needs to be made unnecessarily complicated I’ll always be on hand to provide the necessary psychobabble.
Onwards and definitely upwards.

And here it is safe and sound, along with a GADC 2024 calendar. We certainly have some very talented folk in this forum. My favourite month is March, taken by @Kings (Jim) as it’s only a few minutes drive from me.
