Congrats to @Onanist
We’ll be in touch with you via email later this evening to find out which of the available prizes you’d like to choose
Oh shi…, 1st one I’ve missed live due to feeding ducks and chickens… just played the video and… I’m completely gobsmacked
Thank you, now to make a tough decision…
Donate the money to the BM beer fund
Congrats Andy
Oh too late just opted for the Avata 2
Might we see you at the meet for some flying (and drinking)
I’ve not ruled it out as I was gutted I missed the earlier one, and we have made progress on the house renovations… soooo…
They’ll come to a halt when the Avata arrives, in any case.
Congratulations Andy. I’m convinced I couldn’t win a three legged donkey in a raffle, even if I purchased the only ticket. Went to bingo at the local pub last night and didn’t win either
Congrats Andy - hope to see you at the big meet flying the newly acquired Avata 2
Congrats @Onanist. I’m the same as you @JockyB. Years ago when my daughter was at primary school we lived in South East Asia for a few years. As well as sports day, there was also a swimming gala, which included a dads race and being an above average swimmer, I was duly entered. However, due to an emergency at work, I was late and got there just as the dads race had started. Not to worry said the daughters school teacher, get yourself changed and you can ‘race’ in about 10 minutes and the kids can cheer you on. Not wanting to disappoint my daughter, I took my place on the edge of the pool and swam the length to enthusiastic cheering from kids and parents. It was then I found out that the real dads race and my race had been timed - I came last in a swimming race in which I was the only person in the pool!!!
