Compiling your own firmware

I am having a go at compiling my own firmware so I can enable some extra features like linear Advance

I will report back if I have succeeded :grimacing:

Compiled and uploaded, with a few other tweaks (Like setting all my parameters in the Config.h file) and turning off screen dimming :+1:

Just testing the linear advance to see what a difference it makes

For me it’s hard to tell as the camera isn’t parallel, the slight angle of the camera throws me….good work though.

We of the X1C Bambu clan are spoilt really…

It was difficult to get a clean picture because of the reflections

but as Andy says

0.15 looks good to me as well

Not really, you get what you pay for :grinning:

But for me, I can’t complain with my for free ender 3v2 :joy:

Just a quick question, did you dry your filament and log the humidity?

No never had an issue with damp filament, mine gets vacuumed-packed with Desiccant

Just leave mine in drawers, never had an issue either, years sometimes
