Need to always add surveying for plans to build immigartion camp/hotel

That’s a great idea. Fly tipping has become a massive problem. Mainly caused by councils making it an absolute mission to go to a tip; I remember the days when I could pop along to my local tip, early on a Saturday morning, and have help to unload my car :grinning_face:
