The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 13/06/2023. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
Isn’t it forestry commission who you can apply to fly (for free) I believe. Quite local to me, and looked into flying there once. Good photos and video though! 
Possibly yes, I didnt even think about that to be honest. Plenty of places to fly there without being bothered so I just did it, out of the way of anyone
Maybe the land owner permission needs to be changed to avoid any confusion though …
Indeed, not policing (we don’t do that here), but just noticed the “not required” is all
