I just happened to be in the right place at the right time for this. I super happy with the editing on this making it line up with certain parts of the music Ive used. Particularly at 1:59 and 3:13
They were meant to be making the building safe by removing the burnt roof but as you can see they are demolishing it all !

- I grew up in Derby and found this quite suspenseful, especially when he was pulling the roof apart lol Really complimentary how you included some of it’s better history at the end too

I took a photo a few weeks ago as the RTF challenge for Derelict. The same day it was reported in the DET that there was a fire there. In the last 32 days there have been 3 fires. Makes you wonder if its an insurance job ( although I can’t see any sane insurance company insuring the building against anything other than PLI )
Shame they’ve ordered the demolition of the building, although the previous owner sent in a big JCB type machine some years ago, with the words “demolition” in big letters on the side, to do “roof repairs” Never mind, it’ll create a bit more parking space for the new Vaillant entertainment centre
