I know of Diamond Light… It’s essentially a limited company carrying out very interesting scientific things. No state secret but I do get their reasons for perimeter security.
I done that place last year, have they changed the name ? Was always known as Harwell science & innovation, I’m sure I put in a drone scene entry.
@Mungmeister if you found a better or easier place to TOAL would be great for you to add,
I crashed my mavic air 2 flying back from there to my TOAL point 
It’s part of the wider campus.
