While looking at another hypothetical start-up, I got to thinking, “How much would it cost to get started with a digital FPV system these days?”
Thanks to the new(ish) Fat Shark Recon HD goggles, the answer, as all good click-bait titles say, may shock you.
Here’s what I’ve come up with:

That’s a full, digital FPV setup from scratch for less than the price of DJI Goggles 2/3. 
Granted, that’s not “cheap as chips”, but given that I’ve just been looking at £375 for a similar analog system (it was a 3" quad rather than a whoop), that’s not a lot of extra outlay to line yourself up for the joys of digital.
Assuming I’ve not forgotten anything, of course.
