DJI Action 2 camera - best sunset settings

I have limited knowledge on this side of the hobby so using some ‘best fpv settings’ I found online - ie: ISO 100-400, 60fps, 1/120, wide - and use the TBS ND filters.

I am in the field around sunset often now but a bit disappointed by the picture quality/colors I get around this time. And I seem to struggle (with my limited editing skills) to find solution in DaVinci Resolve to help.

Here is the ‘raw’ footage for example with ND4 filter

And the same playing around with the color settings - better ground colors but now sky is over saturated…

What do you reckon - should I use another ND filter/different cam settings for those late evening shots? Or should I focus on the DaVinci Resolve bit?
Thank you

WB on 5500K ISO 100 on a bright day ND8

Late evening WB on 5600K ISO 200 ND8 or ND4

I found the shutter speed best at 120 and 60FPS as it gives room to play around with in edit plus remember we aint taking a picture we are probably sending it

Try just playing with contrast saturation and then sharpness in edit
