What’s New

  • Added Free Panorama.
  • Added support for 10-bit video transmission.
  • Added photo capture at 50MP resolution for wide-angle camera and 48MP resolution for medium tele camera.
  • Redesigned the FocusTrack to optimize the user experience, and improved flight stability when using in complex environments.
  • Optimized the effective time of the Allow QuickTransfer in Sleep feature, extending it from within 6 hours after power off to within 12 hours.
  • Optimized photo and video quality.
  • Increased the photo capture speed at 12MP resolution.
  • Increased the maximum obstacle avoidance and maximum following speed to 15 m/s.
  • Improved the obstacle avoidance performance and return-to-home safety of urban night scenes.
  • Fixed some known issues.

Notes:

  • Added features require latest version of DJI Fly. If the update fails, restart aircraft, remote controller, and DJI Fly or DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series), and retry.

No 3S group Rich, or not as I could find. There’s an Air 3 mate, but no S

Heads up - this is one of the ones that includes battery updates so don’t forget to swap them all in and update them all before you head out to fly and have to stand about in a field like a lemon waiting for the install (been there, done that).

Were the in-app release notes different from the above PDF? Or did it only spill the beans during the update itself?

After standing about in a field waiting for the install before I now habitually swap out the battery after an update to see if the next needs it too. Would be nice if DJI just mentioned it in the release notes, but they seldom do.

For what it’s worth, the latest Mini 4 Pro f/w does not
