As reported in another thread…

Received my Avata 2 today and updated the firmware as prompted by the DJI Fly app. Googles and Motion are now on latest version V01.00.0100 but the Avata 2 is stuck on V01.00.0000 and there is no further prompt for a firmware update.

Worst of all the googles are now reporting incompatible firmware for aircraft/goggles/controller and it won’t go away.

For some reason my Mac won’t connect. However I’ve reported it in a DJI firmware thread New DJI Avata 2 Firmware Released (04/11/2024) | DJI FORUM and it seems many are having the exact same issue.

I’d never connect any Mac of mine to any DJI software.

Keep trying the app

Firmware issue now fixed by new version .0200
