If I fly my friends drone with my account on the app. Is the drone still covered by Care Refresh if I crash it?
Care Refresh was bought with his account.
Or shall I just fly with his login details?

On the basis that DJI have made the various API available for independent apps - Litchi, Drone Harmony, etc - and use of those apps doesn’t affect the Care Refresh, I can’t see that which/who’s device or account the Go4 app is logged into can make any difference.
When using other apps they are not (necessarily) logged into anything, least of all DJI.

Care Refresh is attached to the flight controller serial number of the drone (not to be confused with the product serial number on the outside of the box/packaging).
Which means if you crash his drone he has to claim on his refresh, not yours.
