Slightly off topic,
I have sent my verification video for DJI care refresh as that is what I needed to do as my drone is second hand.
I followed the instructions and did the gimbal calibration and opened the different screens to show warnings etc. it got rejected!
You have to upload your video to YouTube and set as private and send them the link.
When I checked the views on the video it had not gone up. So obviously they haven’t seen the video.
Anyone else had this problem?
@Mattyb1975 we’ve split your post out in to a new topic, it wouldn’t have been spotted where it was
No I did mine no problem
post the link
The only thing I could see was the icon for the OA sensors were red as it wasn’t actually flying.
As far as i am aware, when i did mine (Air 3)
It didn’t need to be flying, i just recorded the screen
And it’s still set to private
Just changed the privacy, should work now.
I can see it now
You will need to resubmit it now
Hi Matty. I had to submit a video as well. It was rejected as the setting was private and they couldn’t see it. They sent me an email telling me to set it to public. I did so and all was well.
At least you managed to actually vid the screen itself. I hadn’t worked that one out so used my phone to video the screen, including my finger touching the relevant parts of the screen. Really professional, I know!
I also had the OA symbol showing red as the drone was landed so I did a little take off to show them it registered as working.
All was well on the second submission as a publicly available video.
