Works two ways:
Best - while you are logged into the DJI account on the web i.e. shop - shows all your purchased Refresh products
NOTE: If you have a second hand device the CR will be there, you just have to search the device serial number.

Other way - not logged in - you have to add the serial number of the device.
I used this service very recently. Excellent. Sent my broken flip off to them at their expense and they sent me a new one. £29 was the cost.
Or just go in to device management from your profile in the Fly App (phone or controller) click on your drone (if you have many) and then value added service.

yep, that’s correct Chris, but this link gives you all your drones that are covered in one place. Each to their own.
Yeah but you have to remember your login, the app is already logged in 24/7.
The app also give you all the drones.
