Just wish I could work with Airdata.com, what I did try ,was to upload to airdata, but was advised that the file was too lrge, that was enought for me to close down, but now thinking I should learn how to work with this app
Absolutely no idea how to get this app working, may see from another member, that I have tried, but informed that the file was too large, so I packed in, but really should get to be able to use this app.
too large or too many ? The free ver will only let you upload a set number of flight logs ( 100 I think it was ) so you may need to remove a few to get the one you want to load.
If you have the fly app on your phone and the RC with the screen check on your phone to see if you can see all the same logs as on your RC controller as they should both be in sync - they are for me with and I can view both my Avata and Mini 3 pro flight logs on the Fly app on my phone that way you will know they are syncing
Click Profile - More - to see the Flight data screen and you will see a prompt if it needs to sync ( on the device you use to fly with so RC controller I guess )
Under settings make sure you have the sync flight data set to auto
That way DJI should have all the info you need - the AirData site is just so YOU can view all the data or for you to share with us to have a look see and pass comment on what may or may not have happened.
Hope that helps mate
Heard from DJI yesterday regarding my possible flyaway, and loss of my drone.
They have advised that the fault was nothing faulty with the drone, and put it down to a non manufacturing error, so the cause is pilot error. they quote flight time, distance from home, and stating , the pilot pushed the roll stick to the right, and the pitch stick backwards, and the aircraft flew to the side and rear and crashed, ok so it appears to be my fault, but what concerns me is the fact that they had no flight data to work from, they later in their mail to me have asked me to give them permission to download the flyaway download ( which I could not do from home ) so they can then allow me a discount on a replacement drone.
How were they able to come to this conclusion without the data download, or have I got the procedure completely wrong
As we have said in the posts above the flight data is synced from the fly app to the dji servers
Post the Airdata and we can have a look at the flight and advise
Hi there, still very interested in getting Airdata to work for me, and I am an old fArt (79) and sometimes technology gets the better of me, so I give up.
Any further help would be appreciated, cheers, I saw a post also from LE60LAD which I looked at, even that wouldnt sink in, sorry LE 60 LAD
