DJI Goggles 2 Fogged Lenses

I noticed on Saturday when out flying my new second-hand Avata that the lenses in the Goggles 2 were dirty

But no amount of cleaning would shift it :poop:

I came home and got out my lens cleaning kit that I’ve had for years but no go :scream:

On closer inspection its obviously not on the outside of the lens but on the inside, the left one is slightly foggy but the right is a lot worse

With that in mind, I contacted the previous owner, but he can’t recall them being that way

I decided as they are only a few months old to contact DJI

Spoke with them on Monday, sent them the pictures and straight away they said please return them

Tuesday morning off they went, checked on Wednesday and a free repair was being carried out :grinning:

Thursday the repair is complete and they are on their way back

Today at 11 am a new pair of goggles arrived

DJI are the Dogs :grinning:

I don’t think anyone has ever had a bad word to say about their warranty / care-refresh replacement service.

One of my CrystalSkys went away for a new backlight, the whole process couldn’t have been any easier.

Glad you got the goggles sorted in time for me to try it next week, ta

You are the first on the list

I also had a fogged lens, my bastard is a cataract. Hey ho, age I guess.

You can get that done for free as well
