Hi all. Purchased the avata 2 yesterday.
Has anyone fitted the forehead pad extension foam.
If so have you had any issues. I fitted the pad extension and the sensor does not detect me having goggles on unless I press firmly on the forehead pad. I’ve tried tightening strap up more but it does not help. Screen will just keep going blank after a second or two.
The goggles are fine without pad extender fitted.

I’ve got the extension pad fitted (so much better) but haven’t had those issues.
Maybe remove the pad and reattach? Noticed there was a notch on the pad as well, for orientation, maybe it needs to be a certain way around? Unlikely but might be worth checking.

Hi. At this moment in time I’m waiting tech support to respond. Tried various methods to get around the issue. It did appear though when talking to tech support it was not a totally unheard of question.
The sensor range just appears to be slightly short on my goggles. Will update with how DJI respond.
