I’ve been waiting on a order since 4th of December direct from DJI, arrival date 18th December, week before live chat DJI and said out Monday will phone me directly when out for delivery, day came and gone. Live chat again apologies and said there awaiting on stock but I could go to my nearest dji store which being in northern Ireland is not that easy.
Anyway they apologised and offered me DJI credit for my troubles and send it asp, got unexpected call later on saying they will cancel my drone order as requested…hold your horses I never said I wanted it cancelled so don’t cancel it I will wait now, so still on order.
Got a email and what they offered as DJI credit has actually halved to what they offered me without me even asking as all I wanted was the drone package but they did and I was grateful.
In the past live chats from other companies normally send a copy to my email address, but I don’t see anything from DJI even checked spam, looked around the DJI online account cannot locate any chat logs.
Does anyone knows if they are stored.
