Sounds spot on
What about the full Cine model though?

Yes, sub £1K is a nice price point. That’s what I paid (I think) for my Air 2 combo. And yes, I would never buy the standard kit. But … if the % price increases much more than 30%, I am sure it won’t be so cost effective.
I would imagine the Cine would cost an extra £1K based on all the extra hardware.
Pocket money! I’ll take 2
Ah, that peanuts for Valentine Photography Ltd
Make that back in one day with all my sales on Shitterstock
For completeness, my UK price predictions for the Mavic 3 (Pro) are:
Version | Price |
---|---|
Standard | £1,499 |
Combo | £1,899 |
Cine | £2,749 |
Let’s see how wrong I am, come the UK launch
Plus extra if you want a license to record in ProRes, I believe.
That was my understanding. Not sure about CinemaDNG, if the M3 offers that as well. I think the Cine version of the M3 is really aimed at professionals, to give them a more portable tool than the serious higher-end setups.
Or a friendly Mac man
Alas not for me. I own no Apple devices and I hate the fruit too.
