Hope so!
It looks nice and the active track obstacle avoidance would be awesomeā¦but I canāt justify it over my M2P at this time. Maybe in a couple years!
With the march of technology, thereāll surely be something better, more versatile, better specced and even dare I say C marked to tempt you by then.
That footage is stunning
Iām desperately trying to find reasons to totally discount this drone but it seems to do the business
I just want one!
Me too but Iāll have to take up bank robbery or sell kidney to raise the funds
I could see DJI doing enterprise versions later. I suspect that 4/3rds camera will on enterprise versions be replaced by a FLIR sensor package leaving the tele camera as the only vision sensor.
The M3 Cine really IMHO should be compared against the Inspire 2 X5S advanced kit which its a near on Ā£3k saving against. Yes it doesnāt do everything the Inspire 2 platform can but Iād say DJI have covered the core use case for X5S camera users.
Anyone know if the Cine version could be operated by the normal controller? I assume it can, but never like to assume
Why would you want to, you get a shiny new SC
Just looks like a small screen
Ah I see, so you can use a 12ā iPad Pro?
Iām not sure Iāll let you know when I get mine⦠next never
Which apparently doesnāt work with anything other than the Mavic 3 at the momentā¦
Can you plug an external display into a SC ???
On the original one yes, and a firm called https://www.thorsdroneworld.com/ do some great mounts for the original Smart Controller, just a tad too expensive sadly
Another article on whether the (lack of) C-classification for the Mavic 3 actually matters or not:
It doesnāt matter - because nobody is buying it
