DJI Mavic 4 pro quality control

Hi there! Has anyone else had problems with DJI Mavic 4 pro.
I got my first one from Amazon and the controller screen would turn off, the moment you touched it. Or it would constantly flicker.
So had to send it back.

The second one was from a camera shop. One of the batteries would not power on or charge in any of the slots. So I have been asked to send back the creator Combo.

Let’s hope 3rd time lucky will be a winner :joy:

I’ve not had any problems with mine and I’ve not heard of any quality control issues from others who I know have purchased them. Hopefully you were just unlucky and can get a working replacement quickly.

Just need to figure out what happens with the Care plan that I just purchased for it. :roll_eyes:

Gets transferred, if not raise a ticket with DJI

Upon receiving your replacement, kindly furnish us with the following details.

  1. Proof of replacement.

  2. Old device and replacement device serial number.

That’s unlucky! :confused:

My RC Pro 2 has just been replaced under warranty after it developed numerous faults:

  • stopped connecting to WiFi
  • would boot to a blank screen and just beep
  • started rebooting by itself (not fun mid-flight!)
  • failed to start screen recordings
  • crashed while taking a screenshot for customer support

It’s probably RAM related since the controller could work fine for a while.

Disappointing but the DJI Customer Support team was great and the repair centre was super quick.
Got a follow-up call yesterday to ask how the replacement controller was working out.

Fingers crossed these are just early production issues. :crossed_fingers:
