Not long now
If that’s LIDAR is it odd to have only put it on one arm facing directly forwards when both front arms at 45º would give you a much wider field of ‘view’?
Also, if it’s still folding up the same way, that’s the bit that rubs up against the body of the drone every time it’s folded in.
If genuine my guess would be its IR rangefinding for focus although the placement is odd. Youd think on the gymbal so it looks where the cameras are looking.
If it turns out to be LIDAR then DJI have done something impressive as the ones Im experminting with at work at the moment (process waste water seperating tank level measurement) are pretty big as is the one on the Air3s.
Zooming in on second thoughts I can almost see what would make more sense as IR below the bottom two cameras but who knows with so many photoshops floating about. No room for Lidar on the front of the drone when the whole front is a hole for the gymbal.
These Chinese ‘FCC files’ confirm the existence of a 100 watt and 240 watt charger working with the Mavic 4. The DJI Mavic 4 Pro Parallel Charging Hub will easily charge multiple batteries at the same time, providing owners to fly an alleged 50 minutes per battery.
that is the regular 100w , 2xusbc charger that was provided with the Mavic 3 enterprise and also the Matrice 4 drones as part of the package
It’s more pointing out the parallel charging hub with a 240w adaptor option
I think it looks like a cricket
If the Mavic 3 Pro Fly More combo is currently £2,549 are we guessing the Mavic 4 is going to come in at over £3k
My guess >£3500.

I think that’s roughly the price bracket we were expecting.
I’m assuming this will only be 1000nits too?
DJI seem to have done away with all their 2000nits displays in recent years
I’d like to see this new controller / screen in the flesh though, I can see this working its way down to the smaller drones if it’s reasonably priced.
