You’re only given a battery percentage level number in the top corner.
It’s a very basic app.

Which when decompiled also interestingly contains some high res photos of a Mavic 2. I can’t help thinking they might expand the models that the Fly app supports in the future.
But that’s a whole other topic

Entirely possible, but I’ve only seen images of the M2 and Mini in there. Only found those by accident so there may be others, I shall have a dig around

Hi all, just picking up on a sub thread in this topic regarding updating the firmware (or not as the case may be!)
I’m new to DJI, Mavic Mini Combo In the post somewhere.
Can someone please walk me through the firmware update concerns, why you would/wouldn’t etc.
Surely to get the best out of the drone, fix firmware gremlins and get new features switched on, you need to keep it updated, especially when the drone is new and they iron out the issues!?
Please comment, keen to learn what your thoughts are, especially around the Aeroplane mode and reasons etc.

New FW could have changes that you may not be happy with. Restrictions may be.
Best not to update straight away. Wait a few weeks to see if any issues are reported.
If you’re happy with the FW you’re on, theres no need to change.

Anyone know if DJI Care Refresh (48 hours purchase window) starts from purchase date, or, when you first fire the drone up?.
I must be losing the plot, yet to even start mine up yet, due to shite weather !.

It’s 48hrs from drone activation Chris.
If you buy it with the drone from DJI.com it’s activated on dispatch.
