Where can i find this magical. 700 firmware my friend:)
Ged, before you get too involved in getting a CrystalSky or rolling your firmware back to the supposedly best, stable release i suggest you get out into a nice open area and fly the thing!
Crystal Sky is nice but is restricted in what will run on it. A TriplTek tabletis more versatile and can be used with most Android apps.
Firmware 0.700 is possibly the best version - if you are striving for the best, for beginners the risks in running a software downgrade are the possibility of bricking the aircraft.
Get out there. Fly. Enjoy. Make mistakes. scare yourself. Begin to get confidence in yourself and your aircraft. Enjoy. Ask questions.
Then, when you have some experience - and another drone or two as part of your fleet - you can experiment !
I have a Mavic Platinum. similar to pro and and keeping it. Pro has more sensors than Mini 2.
Also have Mavic 2 mini.
The difference is just the weight and what you can do with it.

I run my mavic pro and the mavic 2 zoom both on the crystalsky with no issues its a good piece of kit.
I’m not denying that. I have a CrystalSky for my Matrice and a TriplTek for some of my other drones. A high brightness screen is very useful.
But your OP has just acquired a buckshee Mavic Pro. I’m suggesting that he tries it out first and learns the rudiments before getting involved in expense (CrystalSky) or fannying around with potentially dangerous firmware changes.
A very warm welcome from another newbie from Cornwall
Welcome @GedDenis
I agree, lets not run before we can walk:)
Thanks for the detailed answers.
For now, I will not change any software and will use a smartphone.
And with time, it will be seen how much I will immerse myself in this activity
I’ve had the Mavic pro for years. It’s a brilliant bit of kit and see no reason to upgrade.
