DJI Mini 2 SE no altitude limit restriction

My mini 2se does not seem to be locked at 120m

Does it have a C0 label… ?

Can’t find it

I see on YouTube last night the mini 2 series still go above the 120 m ( if you need to climb higher / ground terrain hill dependent ) etc etc, so I’m assuming these may not be affected ( at least not for now anyway ) :+1:t2:

That’s because it’s not a C0 certified drone, and hence why it hasn’t been affected by the recent update

Cheers for that

I have mini 2se, it has a C0 label on it.

Can you tell me where please

On its but by the flashing light.

Nothing on mine can you tell me how to put photos on here please just learning thanks

Is it because dji no longer support it? Not sure if they do or don’t. It’s a great little drone though, without obstacle avoidance you learn how to fly it without relying on that technology.

Cheers

I know little to zilch about them tbh but,

Last known update Here

How strange, is it an American import?

No got it from Argos about 3 years ago

Ah! That might explain it, apparently the c classification of drones in aEurope started Jan 1st 2024.

I bought mine in August 2024.

Not in the current catalogue, replaced by Mini 4K (same thing with uprated camera), but still supported by software updates. Mavic Mini is no longer supported from April, not sure about Mavic Mini derivates, Mini SE & Mini SE.

I think DJI as withdrawn all future firmware for that drone, mine is the mini 2 and as no CO label either.

The last new software was about 2 years ago, the only way to test it would be a full factory reset.

Just set the height limit to 120 mtr and stay legal.
