DJI Mini 3 - Carbon Fiber Propellers

Hi there, I recently purchased a DJI Mini 3, and am looking to install Carbon Fiber propellers, alas the market is overwhelmed with products for the DJI Mini 3 PRO which has the wrong screws, I just wondered if there is a UK based supplier I could support who sells the older model fittings, I would rather not use Amazon, and Ebay has a couple of listings from China…

Why?

Hi @DronePSB, it looks as though you’re quite new here :wave:t2:

Why not nip over to the Introductions page, and say hello properly and tell us a bit about yourself. :+1:t2:

Because the stock propellers have a piece of rubber at the end which is inefficient, so I woukd rather have more solid propellers on my drone.

So you think aftermarket props are better

Try these then

It’s not really, for a plastic drone weighing only 249g

Millions, literally millions, of flights have taken place around the world on those stock props with no issues

Absolutely! My Mini 4 Pro stock props have served me faithfully in all sorts of flying conditions with no issues whatsoever. Why try to fix what is not broken. :man_shrugging:

I wouldnt go with any of the unknown brands, regardless of ratings on websites and many happy customers. Only props I’ll stick on my drones are made by dji or, as sparky above mentions, master air screw. The MAS ones feel quite a bit stiffer than their dji counterparts and have a totally different pitch/tone. I prefer them over dji

I have used the DJI props and never had a problem (apart from when tree jumped out and broke the leg off the drone). Bloody trees…
