DJI Mini 3 pro ( RC black screen )

Good evening all,
I have a DJI mini 3 pro, I flew it this evening for 5 mins and took some footage with no issues. I landed and set up a few mins away but the controller now has a black screen and I can’t see the camera on the RC, tried rebooting but no joy? Anyone got a solution please?
I reset the camera settings but no joy?

Next step send it back to DJI

Have you tried these steps,

With the RC powered on and if you have a black screen press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to force power off the DJI RC, and then try to restart again .

Edit : if that fails try to refresh the firmware using DJI assistant 2 for consumer drones.

Tried the hard reset no joy, will have to send it off for repairs
