Creboz my original controler was fine until i updated latest firmware.store gave me new one, updated firmware on new controller and same problem

Download the above, once opened switch on the RC and connect by the bottom port
You should see a screen with option on current firmware available

Yes, it was exactly the same with mine, It would not recognise it. However with the new one connects perfectly.
Still no Joy. Oh well, will keep trying or try to get a refund from store

Also is there an SD card in the RC
I had to turn the RC2 on to be able to see it, I also had to close the programme and open it once connected.
Sparkyws was from dji Assistant consumer drone series. Here is screen of controller which is always there
Have you tried to hard restart it? Holding power 15 seconds
Just found that i can fly the drone but with just white screen only with device is starting.
Yes tried Hard Reset but no joy
Do you know what version of fly app is installed ?
Have you clicked the refresh firmware button, and removed any SD cards
Yes clicked refresh button and no sd card in controller. Still the same
When refresh is complete blue light comes on for few seconds then goes red
