I went to fly my mini 4 pro, and i was in a geo lock area, when i attempted to unlock it says “not connected” so authorisation failed.
The drone was connected to the controller, also i could see the camera.

I have attempted to get in touch with dji before 5pm but says its unavailable.
It’s attempting to connect to the internet, you will need to connect to your mobiles hotspot to do it on site. Best to check the area you want to fly at home first and unlock on your home network.
What i forgot to do was put my background info on to dji fly safe, and i had to provide serial number of controller.
Not sure if i can now fly, because i have came home, but next time i will try
Once registered with the Flysafe website, you can unlock zones a few days before flying there. Once permission is given, connect the controller to the internet and download it and apply to the drone. No need to unlock on the day ( btw, unlock permission from DJI Flysafe lasts from 00:00 till 23:59 on the date you put in the unlock request box )
