Got my mini 4 pro from Drone safe store couple of days ago did my first flight Stoodley Pike yesterday getting very poor signal keeps saying Aircraft signal interference only getting one or two bars on remote flying 30 meters away from remote goes to one bar then red loses signal never had this problem before on any drone test flight in back garden was same when I was first setting the drone up in the house noticed it was saying Aircraft Signal interference never had this problems before any thing else I can check or just send the drone back sometime the remote is showing two bars even when the drone is just a meter away.

Is it the DJI Rc 2 version?
Been using mine since yesterday had 4 flights so far not lost a bar in signal yet, probably went 500m max.big improvement on my mini 3 and mavic 3 classic.

Yes it is DJI Rs 2 version.
You could try a factory reset on the Rc and a drone firmware refresh using DJI assistant
If that doesn’t make a difference then return it

Just done a DJI rest on the rc remote and firmware refresh on the drone still the same going to phone Drone safe store tomorrow to book a return see if I have to send it back to them or back to DJI I bought DJI refresh see if I can get my refresh cover transfer.
That matches my experience so far.

Don’t use up your refresh this is still covered under the consumer rights act and well within your statory rights period deal with Drone Safe first as thats who your initial contract is with.

Just called Drone safe today told them I have a signal problem with my drone asked me a couple of questions about the drone picking it up today for the return let’s see how good there customer service is got some good reviews but you can only find out when you use it yourself.

Did you fly in airplane mode with WiFi on? I find it seems to stop interference from picking up other signals. I’m not a drone pro by any stretch of the imagination, just a thought.
I had it wifi off and in airplane mode.
Update on my mini 4 pro got a phone call from drone safe yesterday after 9 days told me that DJI has sent me a new drone received it today.

Just opened my box DJI have sent me a brand new Drone and remote not rc 2 but have not given me a brand new remote have sent my old remote back to me with my old batterys am I supposed to get everything brand new originally got flymore kit.
