Hi, i have a mini 4k for a few months now and all worked fine until now, im getting a navigation error every time i start up and it wont find any satellites at all, little light at back stays red too, ive restarted controller and drone and also phone, every thing is up to date, i have calibrated compass, it wont let me calibrate imu ? i was in an open wide space when attempting to fly, i think ive done all i can unless someone can suggest other things to try … thx .
Before going any further we need to establish that you are:
Outside
Not near tall buildings
Not near tall trees
Not near anything metal (also consider rebar in concrete)
In order of things you can try:
Calibrating the IMU & Compass (away from metal)
Updating firmware via DJI Assistant 2 (if you have a PC)
Raising a support request with DJI (DJI Support for Products Repairs Services and Technical Help - DJI United Kingdom)
This is often related to an issue with the GPS sensor if not one or more other components.
