these YouTubers amaze meā€¦ I buy and fly a drone and try my best not to crash itā€¦ these guys try to destructively test it to see it they can crash itā€¦ all for clicks

next car I buy that claims 0-60 in 4 seconds and 180mph, and 80mpg, Iā€™m going to give it a shot and see if the manufacturers claims are trueā€¦

seems like the mini 5 pro with 6 chainsaws idea may have been tested overnight on that iconic tree in Northumberland (sycamore gap)

Hi Guys,

Itā€™s a while since Iā€™ve been here, as I sold my Mavic Pro some time ago.

I seem to have developed a craving to buy another drone and was looking to purchase a new Mini 4 Pro fly more. However, Iā€™m reading about the Mini 5 which Iā€™m sure is mostly rumours.

Does anyone have any information other than a rumour and is it worth waiting a bit longer for a definate release date?

Donā€™t think we have seen any leaks on the mini 5 yet.

Mini - October 19
Mini 2 - November 20
Mini 3 Pro - May 22
Mini 4 Pro - September 23

(dates for the first version of each line)

So canā€™t see the Mini 5 Pro being out before early 25.

But that might be sped up depending upon any bans in the USA.

You will always be waiting for the next model.

So buy now if it is something you like.

Personally I would opt for a built in screen version.

Thanks for the reply.

Iā€™m not precious about awaiting for new models, but everything I read suggested a Sept 24 release and it would have been disappointing to buy a month before the 5 came out.
Yes, I would definately go for the RC2 screen, I had a Crystal sky with my previous drone which was fantastic. Im not expecting the RC2 to be quite as good although it will be lighter.

Well, I was away to pull the plug on a mini4 pro, guess Iā€™ll wait until this release? Wait for prices to plummit and grab a bargain?

More ā€œnoiseā€ about the Air 3S than a Mini 5, so Iā€™d doubt itā€™s imminent ā€¦ since thereā€™s nothing confirmed, let alone a date, for the Air 3S as yet.

Iā€™m quite happy with my crippled by DJI firmware mini2, and Air2. I wouldnā€™t mind an Avata though, when does version 3 come out?

After the Mini 5, thatā€™s after the Air 3S, thatā€™s also after the Neo ā€¦ thatā€™s some time in the future. :stuck_out_tongue:
