I see @RemoteIDsaveslives made it into @ianinlondon latest video about the Neo
Does that make him a celebrity
His words was exactly my thoughts on why DJI are pushing out as much as they can ie ( ban ) I hope they don’t rush them & bodge them up as I’m looking forward to seeing the latest & greatest
Oh I have no doubt they will be rushed out with beta standard functionality and software. It’s not like they haven’t got past form on this
Anybody know what it’s wind rating is? Will it have gps? I’m thinking that if the intention is an indoor-friendly drone, these specifications might have taken a back seat, and gps won’t be relibaly indoors anyway. How is steady hovering achieved? Another hint that indoor flying is intended is the size, marketed as a pocket drone but it’s going to be difficult to keep eyes on in the great outdoors more than a few yards away.
Would be good if they did that to all models!
Remind me, is Googles 3 the one that connects to the controller rather than to the drone?
The other way around the controller connects to the goggles and they connect to the drone
Ta
I saw that too.
But there was “N” logo / watermark in the picture, so wasn’t sure if it’s genuine.
Looking at the prices on various web pages and YT videos ($300), the drone only purchase may be reasonable. However we will have to wait, because DJI take ages to release the drone only purchase option
I think I worked it out. They will do anything to get rid of the huge stock of motion controllers they must have, even bring out more drones.
That bloke and his home made spreadsheet
You’re not wrong! Will be interesting to see if this comes with Motion Controller 1 (ie no reverse) or more likely Motion Controller 2 (has reverse but usurped by MC3 shipped with Avata 2 that has the acro button; so yeah, they probably have a ton of MC2s out there
