DJI Neo warning prop installed incorrectly at factory

Difficult to see them without taking off the prop guard . When that’s off you can see the CCW has line one it as does motor and CCW on prop .

The box was sealed box . You get 2 sealed spares with screws in the box an A and B , A being CCW and B CW . So changed my wrong one for right one . Have phoned DJI and told them and they are checking to see if any other reports about similar and told them want a replacement A prop

Several times, actually, Chris. And it got less each time! Pehaps a seagull shat on it…

I reckon they are now aware of this as I received my new Neo (new neo :smile_cat:) and as I was preparing for it’s first flight a warning box popped up to check propellers are installed correctly, which you had to acknowledge before you could continue (was doing this through phone connected to rc n1 3 and iPhone).

Probably not - there hasn’t been a new release of of the firmware/app since the Neo was released where they could introduce the change.

I’ll certainly be checking mine out when it arrives. Just have to wait for the GADC prize draw people to send it to me.

They sent me some spare props but strangely 4 CCW props not 2 CW and 2 CCW.
They are also giving me a free battery when it gets in stock
