DJI is introducing a Race mode with lower latency than normal mode capable of 15ms on the Pro and 20ms on the lite when used with the Goggles 3 .
Race mode will only be compatible with Goggles 3 and Goggles N3.
O4 will also be single band 5ghz. In EU it supports both 5.2 and 5.8gHz and in US 5.8ghz only.
At launch O4 is due to be supported on Goggles 2, Goggles Integra, Goggles 3 and N3 however Race mode is only on Goggles 3 and N3. Bitrate is reduced to 50mbps and latency increases to 30ms when used on Goggles 2 and Integra on both Aiirunits.
Also final note Goggles N3 will also launch as a standalone this week but no stock as retailers and will ship a little later than the Neo packs that will be immediately available.
Enjoy
Mad
Well seems time to get the G3… How much are they…
Wow a racing VTX to go head to head with Walksnail!
Noice!
Watched Mads video on it last night, can say he has some strange friends
Any price leaks yet?
no nothing
One for whoops one for big quads at a guess. Smart move given the surge of whoop pilots recently.
All hell will break loose when they announce none of the current goggles are compatable and some new ones will be coming out to work with the new air unit
standard DJI that one, give it 3 months and then backwards compatibility comes in to further disappoint those who invested early.
Been caught out by these pesky tricks too many times
All hell when they say the O3 is not longer available
These thing not going to be 4k then ???
Hmm…… carbon FPV frames next
