Tripod looks better than the previous one. If you tighten it up, when you open out the legs it unscrews again.

Agreed. I am onto my third tripod for this very reason.
On the plus side, the tripod was a small form factor, and could attached the Tiny Rigs Pocket 2 case, without adding much bulk.
The Pocket 3 however, despite looking more sturdy, will mean it will no longer be ‘pocket’ sized.

Specs do look good mind, if those are the finished products specs, DJI can have my money

Definitely a portrait mode … just for Rich. 
BUT - it seems to do so by cropping the landscape image, not by rotating the camera.
A pathetic 2m25s launch video? Strange.
Yes, disappointing for sure. Especially since the Pocket 2 Creator Combo cost me £489 … which is the same price as the Osmo Pocket 3 alone, i.e. not the Creator Combo.
An increase of 27% since the Pocket 2 was released 3 years. When you factor in the cost of inflation since then, sadly it’s not far off.
