Obviously not impressed by a drone

Him never not by anything
I am sure he would let you land/perch on him but would get tangled up :roll_eyes:imagine the drama

Fuff it’s a expensive mistake if the mutt does not like it.

I’m interested in a device that does this but definitely not anywhere near that price I rather sit in a Deckchair with a cold Guinness and chuck the ball myself.

Sorry Mark, just said that there is a solution, didn’t say it was cheap

Had a trip to the vets with mine yesterday as I noticed a small lump on his head which wasn’t there Thursday night. Tears and panic mode when I first saw it, as it’s in the same place he had a lump removed by dog cancer specialists 18 months ago. Samples taken and sent away for testing, results back in a week hopefully.

Trying to find a suitable dog boarder isn’t much fun.

Short notice and peak holiday time make it more of a nightmare.

:scream:

.. and it’s not cheap!!!

The one I think I’ll use (go for a meet-up tomorrow) seems OK. Never more than 2 guest dogs in their home at a time, and the opposite side of the road from a HUGE park. (NICE house, on streetview!)

It was something I had in mind to sort soon, since there may be a couple of days in hospital coming up some time in the next 6 months.

Fundamentally, I’m at home 24/7 - and no plans to go anywhere she couldn’t go with me .. so there was never a real need to pre-plan. Something just came up where the organisers of an event have been forced to send out “Unfortunately, NO dogs will be allowed!” emails .. less than 2 weeks before the event.
