Thanks guys, fist day done only 3 of us on it but it’s a nice group, I prefer small groups anyway. It’s quite fast paced but instructor is great and happy to answer any questions if anyone doesn’t get something. He is an ex fighter pilot who still flys some commercial airline flights, very knowledgeable about drones as well. Got a few modules to cover this morning then theory exam, flight test tomorrow, will let you know how it goes.

All done now, I passed the theory and flight test. Just need to sort ops manual out using the template I’ve got from flyby and get the paperwork processed and sent off to the CAA. Overall the course was very good and I learned lots of useful stuff that will help me when I start doing jobs. Also during my flight test the instructor was still very approachable and gave me good advice throughout. I would definitely recommend flyby technology to others

Good news, I’ve got my PFCO! Once I sorted the ops manual and applied to the CAA it only took 4 days to get it so very pleased. Don’t think I’m going to do any client work atm though as I’m too busy with college stuff. Hoping to start my business early next year doing photo and video and maybe surveys.

Can you share some insight for others on how Flyby Tech (as a training/service provider) were?

Congratulations
