I thought I’d practise trying to do a Dolly Zoom at the Big Meet, and this was the result. I think I still need to practise this a bit more, but I love the effect.

That was very good well done. I have tried it a couple of times myself and like how it works. Now just need to fine a good location to use it for a mid-sequence shot.

I didn’t even think about using waypoints. I just put the drone in front of the tree and flew it backwards whilst zooming in at the same time. It was a little tricky as the zoom wheel and backward joystick are controlled by the right hand.
I’d like to try it on something moving, albeit moving slowly, just to see what effect that has.
