Not that close to Chichester, but the Drone Safe store does tuition at various levels.
There are a couple of things you can do for yourself.
Check out the videos that people recommend - Ian in London is a great starting point for clear and concise, well-produced videos. He is also an active GADC member.
I would also suggest you view a couple of flying exercise tutorials and try the manoeuvres recommended in a decen open area like a sports field or park.
THen, when it comes to understanding safety and aviation rules you could do worse than train for an A2 C of C qualification. You can pay for tuition and the exam - Silver and Gold GADC members get an excellent deal - vheck the Silver and Gold Members Category. You can also get the tuition for FREE - just pay for the exam if you wish to get the actual qualification.

You could always possibly try this out the back of Southampton/Winchester? I did the half day training course there about eight months ago.
