The group was so prolific officers believe they were responsible for the majority of drone drops in prisons across London in the time they were offending, bringing in contraband that fuels violence and puts the safety of staff and other prisoners at risk.

22 years looks good in print, but if they all behave themselves inside in reality it’s roughly around a combined 10 years.

Well deserved as well, all drone movements are traceable just not worth the high pay out they received.

High pay out? They ain’t going to do anything near the 22 years combined the court gave them.
Perhaps not but some were on £50,000 for lots of flights, even 5 years is long enough in some prisons.
They will do their bird whistling… The only thing that will hit them is a proceeds of crime order being slapped on them.
I hope they had the correct operator ID and registration?
