Drone logged to previous owner account

Hi bought a secondhand dji mini 3 pro from a shop but have lost receipt. Drone will no longer pair or fly as logged in to previous owner account. Dji not a lot of help have bank receipt but no paper receipt from shop is there any way to fix the problem john

The shortest answer is no, you’ll need the previous owner to log into their account and delete the Mini 3 Pro from there. It’ll let you fly for a limited time (as you’ve found out) but then locks you out until it’s been deleted from the original owner. It’s to stop nefarious individuals from nickin’ them and selling it on ebay or through a second hand shop.Sorry mate, your only course of action is take it back to the shop and try to get the dosh back.

You will need to return it and get your money back unless you know the old owner and they are willing to unbind it from their account it’s as much use as a brick

Unfortunately it is pretty worthless to you.

Return it for a refund.

I had it twice from Amazon last year - so even big suppliers are affected with second hand drones
