Yes, I’ve seen it.
I subscribe to Readly, which is like Netflix for magazines and newspapers. (You can get one month free here: Readly)
It’s fine for a beginner, as it covers the basics of drones, flights and regulations, but it’s not like a regular magazine where there would be latest updates, product release reviews, etc. It’s more of a general guide. If you’ve read the manual that came with your drone and know the CAA rules there’s probably not much you can pick up from this, but if you have it as part of something like Readly then it’s worth a quick look. I didn’t get all the way through it though, as I’ve watched a lot of YouTube videos and of course learnt directly from experts on this forum! (That last statement is meant in all seriousness!).
